Uncle Bears Dry Meat Rub
Shelby's Shortcuts - Cranberry Salsa
Take 1 Bag of Cranberries (12 oz) and rinse them in a bowl. Take out any stems, and any berries that look bad.
Use a food processor or pulse-mode on a blender to coarsely chop all the berries. Careful not to over chop them, as you really want this to have a little texture.
Then, combine with:
2 ribs of celery, finely diced
1 small onion, finely diced
Half a bushel of cilantro, chopped
1/2 tsp of salt
3/4 cup white sugar
Juice from 2 limes
1 Jalapeno pepper, seeds removed & minced
