For the first time, Andrea Bocelli, Louisiana Philharmonic to perform together in New Orleans

NEW ORLEANS (NOLA WEEKEND) - For the first time, award-winning, platinum-selling opera tenor Andrea Bocelli will perform with the Louisiana Philharmonic Orchestra in New Orleans. Bocelli announced new U.S. tour dates that will include a stop at the Smoothie King Center in February 2023.

The world-renowned Italian tenor announced nearly a dozen new tour dates, kicking off on Feb. 9 in Nashville, followed by a show at the Smoothie King Center on Feb. 11.

The 2023 concerts will feature songs from Bocelli’s wide-ranging repertoire, ranging from early fan favorites to his latest full-length studio album “Believe,” as well as a selection of arias, his beloved crossover hits and famed love songs. The opera singer’s emotive and instantly recognizable voice has earned him millions of fans around the world.

Bocelli is also currently gearing up for the holiday season, with a new album, “A Family Christmas,” available this Friday -- the first-ever with his 24-year-old son Matteo Bocelli and his 10-year-old daughter Virginia Bocelli.
