Early Access to Merchandise

Taylor Swift Merch stand opens at Champions Square

Good news for non-ticket holders: you can still get your hands on exclusive Taylor Swift Eras Tour merchandise. Merch stands will be open to the general public in Champions Square on Wednesday, October 23, and Thursday, October 24, from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Concertgoers will also have access to merch stands inside the stadium on event days.

Additional merch stands for non-ticket holders will be available at Smoothie King Center from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. on October 25, 26, and 27. These stands will be outside of the concert perimeter, making it easier for fans who aren’t attending the show to still get memorabilia.

Inside the Superdome, merchandise will be available at these locations:

  • Plaza Level (Atriums at Gates B, D, and H)
  • Loge Level (Atriums at Gates B, D, and H)
  • Terrace Levels Please note, there will be no merchandise available on the floor.

Clear Bag Policy

Caesars Superdome will be enforcing a clear bag policy. Fans are permitted to bring one clear vinyl bag no larger than 12” x 12” x 6”, a gallon-sized Ziploc bag, or a small clutch purse no larger than 4.5” x 6.5”. Non-clear diaper bags and oversized bags will not be allowed inside. Additionally, all bags must be fully clear, though a single small company logo is permitted on the front.

Umbrellas, strollers, and carabiners for friendship bracelets are strictly prohibited. Fans are also advised to avoid bringing any large costumes or props that could obstruct others' view.

Parking and Transportation

Parking will be available on a first-come, first-serve basis, but with the expected crowds, it’s highly recommended that fans secure pre-paid parking ahead of time. Parking for non-event days (October 23-24) is available in Champions Garage at $30 per vehicle. For event days (October 25-27), parking rates increase to $60 per vehicle.

Accessible parking will be available in Garage 6, which is closest to the ADA entrance at Gate A Ground. For fans using rideshare services, the designated drop-off point is located at Gravier Street and Loyola Avenue, a short walk from the stadium.

On event days, Champions Square will open at 2:30 p.m. for ticket holders only. Fans are encouraged to arrive early for merchandise shopping, food, and beverages. Please note, once your ticket is scanned, there is no re-entry into the stadium or Champions Square.

Doors to the Superdome will open at 4:30 p.m., and the concert is expected to kick off shortly after. Plan ahead and make sure you’re inside the stadium well before showtime to avoid missing any part of Taylor Swift’s epic setlist.
