NEW ORLEANS, La. (NOLA NOW) - DiscoveryFlex has created a program to allow a flexible learning experience for students across Louisiana.

DiscoveryFlex, a tuition-free hybrid virtual charter school, is part of the expanding Discovery Schools network of schools.

The hybrid virtual school model offers a balanced approach that caters to the diverse needs of today’s families. DiscoveryFlex fosters a sense of community, enabling families to connect with other students and parents. This helps build relationships and support networks that are valuable both academically and socially.

Discovery campuses have certified teachers available to assist students and parents.

Parents assist on this learning journey by monitoring and supporting their child’s hybrid education.

Students can schedule in-person or virtual instructional support as needed. DiscoveryFlex students experience a virtual school that not only offers online learning but also provides in-person resources and support to enhance their educational journey.

DiscoveryFlex is currently accepting applications for students in grades 4th through 10th. If you are interested in applying for the next school year, the application window opens in October.
